1. Goods bought from SpeednSped are strictly not refundable or exchangeable.

2. Damaged goods and wrong orders are likewise.

3. Shoppers understand that the use of this site is at your own risk.

4. Shoppers assume full responsibility for all the costs associated with all necessary servicing and repairs.

4. SpeednSped observes the right to change any part of the terms without prior notice.

Conditions of Use

1. SpeednSped reserves the right to decline/cancel any order without reason. In this case, refunds will be made.

2. Shoppers agree that your Posts/Comments will not violate ant right of any third party including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or propriety right.

3. Shoppers also agree that your Posts/Comments will not contain libelous or unlawful, abusive or obscene material or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the opertaion of the site.

4. Shoppers can suggests SpeednSped to get specific shoe models. SpeednSped promise the availability of the shoes.

Ordering

1. ORDERING IS TO BE DONE THROUGH SPEEDNSPED.
2. Orders are made only when payment is received.

3. All information are to be precisely filled in the Order Form

4. SpeednSped will confirm your order only via email within 2 working days.

5. SpeednSped only take orders in Singapore.

Payment

1. Payment can only be made via POSB fund transfer.

2. Fund Transfer from other banks can be made via SpeednSped's POSB iBanking.

3. SpeednSped will confirm your payment only via email within 2 working days.

3. SpeednSped will not allow shoppers to use their creditcards/ debitcards to make payments

Delivery

1. SpeednSped will not entertain posts, emails, sms etc on the delivery status of your goods.

2. SpeednSped will only inform its shoppers once the goods have arrived and are ready for collection via email within 2 working days after arrival.

Collection

1. Speednsped will only distribute your goods at designated mrt locations. Unless of compassionate reasons.

2. All shoppers are to verify your goods during collection.

3. Orders will be ready for collection after 1-3 weeks.

Pricing

1. All prices are final and non-discountable.

2. All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

3. SpeednSped consolidates orders to save shipping costs.
4. SpeednSped will try to avoid exceeding S$400 of one shipment to cut 7% GST cost.
